The right way to install Android 8. 0 Oreo on Nexus and Pixel devices

  • Now hook up your phone to COMPUTER using the USB cable and turn it off.

  • Today restart the device in Fastboot mode. In order to access Fastboot method, press and hold Amount Down and then press and hold Volume key.

  • Now extract the downloaded file in any file anywhere on your COMPUTER. Go to _OPR6_folder and copy/paste all files to your Fastboot directory.

  • Nowadays, it's time to show factory image to your device. Open the file containing the extracted documents and type cmd in the address bar and press enter.

  • Now type following commands:

  • Windows: Function flash-all. bat
  • On Macintosh: Run flash-all. sh using Terminal
  • Linux: Run flash-all. sh
